無事届きましたが、今回は年の瀬で、三週間。早くに貴国の交換局を出ているので、こちらの事情のようです。一月は貴国の春節で、また時日がかかりそうですね。
しかし、どれも待つ甲斐あった充実した品質のお茶でした。
茗間時易昌號野生古樹茶 金竹は期待どおり、同 孟海に劣らない絶品でした。ビターで濃厚な孟海に対し、解説どおり柑橘系の香りが爽やかで、飲み口は軽めですが、茶気の厚みはやはりスゴイですね。熟成度合いは孟海と変わらず、やはり樟香が前面に出ていますが、それを包むような甘やかな香りがあり、苦味はずっと少なく、煙味もそれと意識しないと気づかない程度に後退しています。比較の楽しさもあり、残りの二種も購入しておけばよかったと、悔やまれます。
とりとめなく、ダラダラと長くなってしまい、恐縮です。今回はどれもとても美味しく、しかも勉強になりました。今後ともよろしくお願い申し上げます。
