予想以上の美味しさで、とても気に入っています。

孟海茶磚651ですが、予想以上の美味しさで、とても気に入っています。蓋碗を使って高温で淹れると、濃い煎茶風の味わいに薫香もあって、個人的にはこちらが好みですが、お勧めのように低温で長時間抽出しても、渋みや酸味（これを収斂味というのですね？）があって、コクとまろみが強調されても、茶気がだらけません。日本の焙じ茶をちょっと想起させる味わいです。荷香もあるでしょうか、大益緊磚茶 黄片磚に近い感じもしました。どちらもあまり煎持ちしないのが玉に瑕ですが。
いずれにせよ、標準茶、大衆茶と呼ばれるラインのお茶は熟成が進むと美味しいというのは本当ですね…と書いてはみたものの、日本では何故か生茶の標準茶が手に入りにくく、若生茶の標準茶を飲んだことはないので、どれくらい変化しているのか見当がつきませんが…。
