緑茶好きの方には入りやすい、旨みたっぷりの高級茶

今回も支障なく、しかも、いつもより一日二日早く届きました。
孔雀の郷布朗大樹茶シリーズの2種は、どちらもソフトな作りが特徴ですね。生茶は渋味、苦味ともに少なく、若い割に蘭香も控え目で、むしろヨモギと緑茶の中間のような香りがします。個人的には好みのタイプではありませんが、緑茶好きの方には入りやすい、旨みたっぷりの高級茶だと思います。熟茶は、同じ孔雀の郷の七子餅茶 7572の個性の強さとは対照的に、全くクセがありません。最初はすっきりしすぎて却って物足りないと思いました。葉底の香りは生茶のそれに近く、感触も柔らかで、発酵が極めて浅いのがわかります。それにしても、ほぼ同様の作りの高級茶、雲南の月に比べてもクセが少ないのはちょっと驚きです。そのぶん旨みの強さが際立ち、飲み飽きないので、夏場の常用熟茶としては良いなと思いました。
