飛台の名のつくお茶はハズレがありませんね。

茶王青餅 珍蔵品は、封（崩し）を開けたとたん、春茶葉ぁ～！という香りが漂ってきました。茶湯の香りもそれを裏切らず、甘い蘭香です。茶気は強烈で、煙味はありませんが、苦味は強く、それが全体の風味を引き締めています。実は溌剌一方のこのタイプは必ずしも好みではないのですが、さすがにこのくらいのグレードになると、ミネラル感たっぷりでコクも段違いなので、春茶の醍醐味を満喫できます。飛台の名のつくお茶はハズレがありませんね。ちなみに、いつも夜に3煎くらい淹れて、後は茶葉を水筒に詰めて翌日一日中楽しむのですが、そうすると、若い生茶のおすすめの飲み方の解説通り、まるで別のお茶のように苦味が消えてグッと甘くなります。ずっとこの飲み方なので、どのお茶も概ねこの傾向があるのは気づいていましたが、このお茶はその落差が大きいですね。
