落ち着いた厚みのある風味

今回も遺漏なく到着しました。航空便になってからスムーズですね。
今回は生茶4種類と熟茶1種類を試しました。真っ先に開けたのはおすすめいただいた紫大益。新茶とは思えない落ち着いた厚みのある風味で、薫香もあって、とても美味しいお茶です。ただ、茶気にスッと抜けるような軽みがあり、個人的にはそこに物足りなさを感じます。若いお茶をいま飲むという限りでは、後に述べる紅帯7532や大益7582のような後熟茶葉を使ったレシピのほうが好みです。ただ、上手く形容できませんが、茶気に芯の強さとか、土台の厚みみたいなものがあります。熟成した時の伸びしろは、むしろ紫大益の方があるということでしょうか。いまガブガブ飲むより、時々出して熟成を楽しむか、それとも安いうちに熟成用にもう1枚購入するか、迷っているところです。
