Dayi's famous recipe Puple Dayi. It was fomulated in 1996 for first time based 7542 fromula with enhanced quality tealeave. 7542 is the most famous recipe of puerh tea and there are many master pieces such as 73 green puerh of 70th, 88 grean puerh in 80th. Purple Dayi is the most famous 7542 in 90th.

落ち着いた厚みのある風味

今回も遺漏なく到着しました。航空便になってからスムーズですね。
今回は生茶4種類と熟茶1種類を試しました。真っ先に開けたのはおすすめいただいた紫大益。新茶とは思えない落ち着いた厚みのある風味で、薫香もあって、とても美味しいお茶です。ただ、茶気にスッと抜けるような軽みがあり、個人的にはそこに物足りなさを感じます。若いお茶をいま飲むという限りでは、後に述べる紅帯7532や大益7582のような後熟茶葉を使ったレシピのほうが好みです。ただ、上手く形容できませんが、茶気に芯の強さとか、土台の厚みみたいなものがあります。熟成した時の伸びしろは、むしろ紫大益の方があるということでしょうか。いまガブガブ飲むより、時々出して熟成を楽しむか、それとも安いうちに熟成用にもう1枚購入するか、迷っているところです。
